Rowdy Creek Mobile Park has three units that are park owned with long term tenants.

RCMP has a no smoking/pet/child, gated, deluxe two bedroom/bath double-wide mobile with a single car garage. It is fully furnished, including sheets, towels and K-cup coffee, plus WiFi ready. A DVD Player is available but hook up to view television is your option. A 30' covered deck facing the creek is at your pleasure. Daily rate is $150; cash only unless paid by certified check. Monthly visits are limited due to repeat yearly bookings. Four adults maximum, rates are negotiable based on the length of stay and number of adults. Deposit of $270 dollars is required for stays over five days.
