Rowdy Creek Mobile Park (RCMP) provides a safe, peaceful 50+ community to call home. It was founded in 1950 by Caesar and Marirose Frosini and today is managed by their son who built his home in the park. RCMP features 42 spaces, landscaped over four different ground levels featuring plants and trees of our region. We have full service hookups to a combination of single-double wide mobiles and RVs, and a coin operated laundry room. We enjoy the seasons especially the moderate winters. Tenants can enjoy 800 feet of creek bank, our large flower gardens overlooking a cement patio, picnic tables and brick BBQ. This location affords a close look at the cascading creek, salmon and steelhead runs, also birds like heron, egrets and ducks to name a few for your enjoyment.
Rowdy Creek Fish Hatchery locally owned by the Tolowa Dee-ni' Nation, paralleled by Domini Creek which borders our property. The two creeks are confluent to provide a major tribzutary to the Smith River. Sorry, no fishing allowed from our property.
